To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Enrollment is subject to our approval and we reserve the right to reject any application without providing specific reasons.
Affiliates must follow all applicable advertising guidelines and cannot make false or misleading statements about our services. All advertising must be honest, accurate, and comply with local and international laws.
All information provided under this program is confidential. Affiliates may not disclose confidential information to third parties without our prior written consent.
The relationship between us and our affiliates is that of independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in case of violation of these terms.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in spam activities, including but not limited to unsolicited emails, posts on unrelated forums, or any form of non-consensual marketing.
Affiliates cannot promote our services on websites containing illegal, offensive, discriminatory content, or content that could in any way damage our reputation.
We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. Cookies have a duration of 30 days from the first visit of the referred user.
Affiliates cannot register as players on the platforms they promote. They also cannot refer direct family members or people living at the same address.
Commissions are calculated based on net revenue generated by referred players. Commission rates vary depending on the volume and quality of referred traffic.
Payments are made monthly, provided the minimum payout of $100 is reached.
Payments are processed within the first 15 days of the following month.
To qualify for Revenue Share on Net Revenue, Affiliates must generate at least three (3) Active Players each month.
If fewer than three Active Players are generated in any month, the Affiliate’s commission will be reduced to 10% of Net Revenue for that period.
Once the Affiliate meets the minimum requirement again, the standard Revenue Share percentages will apply moving forward, but past months will not be adjusted retroactively.
We do not charge fees for participating in our affiliate program. However, any banking or transfer fees associated with payments will be the affiliate's responsibility.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Curacao.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
